Every thread has an owner.

Filtyr is the shared mailbox for logistics, freight, and 3PL teams. Conversations stay clear. Work gets assigned. Nothing sits unclaimed in someone's personal inbox.

Freight email is the work. Until it isn't.

A POD request lands in one person's inbox. A carrier asks for an update in another. Two reps reply to the same customer. Someone is out sick and a rate confirmation waits until Monday.

Personal inboxes weren't built for shared ops. Passwords and shared Gmail aren't a process. Slack "who's got this?" isn't ownership.

You need one place where the team can see the thread, know who owns it, and move the freight.

How it works

  1. Connect the mailboxes that matter.

Bring in the shared addresses your ops, CS, and carrier teams already use. Personal mail stays in your own inbox.

  2. Route and assign.

Set rules by sender, domain, subject or mailbox. Each conversation lands in the right Group. Round robin hands it to someone online, or assign it directly. Every conversation gets a clear next person.

  3. Work the queue together.

Reply from the shared conversation. Add internal comments. Each Group works its own queue, so the team sees what needs action, not every CC in the company.

Features

Shared inbox.
One conversation for the team, not five copies in five inboxes. Customer and carrier threads stay visible to the people who need them. History doesn't leave when someone does.
Assignment and routing.
Round robin when load is even. Direct assignment when it isn't. Rules that put the right mail in front of the right person so nothing waits for "I thought you had it."
Groups.
Organize by desk: dispatch, customer service, carrier ops, billing. Each Group sees its queue. Move a thread to another desk when it needs a handoff.
Internal comments.
Talk about the reply before you send it. Context stays on the thread, not lost in a side chat. The next owner sees what you already figured out.

@Val looks up the load.

Ask @Val in a comment. It checks your TMS and drafts a reply. A person always decides what is sent.

One shared view, desk by desk

Dispatch
Keep load and appointment threads owned. Hand off without "did you see that email?"
Customer service
One view of customer conversations. No double replies. Clear who answers next.
Carrier ops
Carrier check-calls and exceptions in a shared queue, not buried in one driver's inbox.
Billing
Invoice questions and POD chases stay assigned until closed, not parked in a personal folder.

Questions

What is Filtyr?
Filtyr is a shared mailbox for logistics, freight, and 3PL teams. It keeps conversations shared, owned, and filtered so ops and CS can work from one clear queue.
Is this just shared Gmail?
No. Shared passwords aren't ownership. Filtyr adds conversations, Groups, assignment, routing rules, and internal comments.
Can people keep their personal inbox?
Yes. Filtyr connects the shared mailboxes your team chooses. Personal mail stays in your own inbox.
How does assignment work?
You can assign conversations directly or use routing rules, including round robin. The goal is simple: every thread has an owner, and the next person is obvious.
Do you replace our email provider?
You work with the mailboxes your team already uses. Filtyr is where the team sees, owns, and answers the conversations that matter. Filtyr works with Gmail and Microsoft 365. Replies go out from your own mailbox.
Who is Filtyr for?
Freight, logistics, and 3PL teams, especially dispatch, customer service, carrier ops, and billing leads who spend the day in email with customers and carriers.

Stop losing freight in personal inboxes.

Put ownership on every thread. Filter the noise. Give dispatch, CS, and carrier ops one place to work.

How Filtyr uses your mail data

Filtyr asks for access to one mailbox your company chooses, in Gmail or Microsoft 365. It reads that mailbox so the members of your Workspace can work it together, and it sends the replies they write, from your own account.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. The privacy policy lists every permission Filtyr asks for and why.
